At Wear Charkha, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible to request a return or refund in accordance with the terms outlined below.

1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 15 days from the date the order was placed.
To request a return, please contact our customer support team within this 15-day period. Returns requested after 15 days from the order date may not be accepted.
Please do not send a product back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
2. Customer-Requested Returns
If you do not like or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days from the date your order was placed.
Because Wear Charkha provides products as described and displayed on our website, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
The product must be returned in its original condition and with its original packaging and accessories, where applicable. Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned without the required components may not qualify for a refund.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will determine whether it qualifies for a refund.
3. Products Not in Stock
If we are unable to fulfill an order because the purchased product is no longer available or is out of stock, we will contact the customer.
If the customer agrees to receive a refund, we will initiate the refund on the same business day after confirmation with the customer.
4. Refund Processing
Once a refund has been approved and confirmed, Wear Charkha will process the refund within 2 business days.
After we process the refund, the time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank, credit card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution.
In most cases, customers should allow approximately 5–7 business days for the refunded amount to appear in their account after the refund has been processed.
Wear Charkha does not control the processing times of banks or payment providers and cannot guarantee an exact date for when the funds will appear.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For customer-requested returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to Wear Charkha.
Return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is required because of an error on our part or applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Products Must Match the Website Description
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and other information displayed on our website accurately represent the products we offer.
Colors, appearance, measurements, or other visual characteristics may vary slightly depending on the customer’s device, display settings, lighting, or other factors.
A return request based solely on a minor difference in color or appearance may not qualify if the product otherwise matches its description.
7. Refund Method
Approved refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method used to place the order.
If the original payment method is no longer available or cannot accept the refund, we may contact the customer to determine an appropriate alternative.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide your order information and, when requested, photographs or other information that may help us review the issue.
If the issue is confirmed to be the result of an error on our part, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
