Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a regular business day are generally processed, packed, and handed over to the shipping carrier on the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM are generally processed and handed over to the carrier on the next business day.
We do not process, pack, or hand over orders to carriers on holidays when our fulfillment operations are closed.
Estimated carrier transit times are generally:
- Priority Shipping: Approximately 1–2 business days
- Ground Shipping: Approximately 3–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

8. Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or handed over to the shipping carrier.

9. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
Customers may request an eligible return within 15 days from the date the order was placed.
For customer-requested returns where the product was supplied as ordered and described, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.
Approved refunds are generally processed by Wear Charkha within 2 business days after confirmation and approval. After processing, customers should generally allow approximately 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in their account, depending on their bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
